The ”job advertisement” in the era of Qin Shi Huang was not like nowadays which are, advertised on the Internet, newspaper, magazine and more. The “job advertisement” in the ear of Qin Shi Huang was pasted all around the street. And the purpose of the job advert was wanted to recruit the powerful captain to lead the military and fight for the country. Qin Shi Huang recruits captains and the captains should have the power to take control the military, give command to the soldiers, lead the soldiers, and also need to help to send message between soldiers and king, because if a captain is not stable enough, then the captain will be easily to be take down by the soldiers, and normally soldiers will scare the king, so the captain can be help to pass message for the king and soldiers.

The captain should have the skills or qualification based on the job specification. The captain should has the skills or qualification is because if the captain don’t has that skills or qualification the country may lose the war to others country; however if the captain has the skills or qualification they might win the war and without die so many people.

Opinion:-
I think that this recruitment is fair and equal opportunities to those who want to work on this place, but just need to have at least 80-90% from job specification. It’s also difficult to in that work place also, because be a captain or soldier; need to have a strong stamina and strength to able fight for the country. And if I got a chance to work at there, I will choose no, because war is full of hate and pain and it’s never stop.
